Privacy

This page describes what the software actually does. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a lawyer — see COMPLIANCE.md in the repository.

What we store

• Your email address, if you subscribe to the daily digest, plus when you confirmed it.
• Your Patreon user ID and entitlement tier, if you connect Patreon.
• A session cookie, if you are signed in. It is httpOnly and encrypted.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are useful and where visitors arrive from. It sets cookies only after you accept in the cookie notice; until then, and if you decline, it runs in consent mode with storage denied and sets none. IP addresses are anonymised and nothing is used for advertising.

• _ga and _ga_* — Google Analytics, distinguish visitors and sessions, kept for up to two years.
• pe:cookie-consent — your choice on this notice, held in your browser’s local storage so we do not ask again.

Export and deletion

You can export everything we hold about your email address, or delete it entirely, at any time. Deletion removes your subscriber record and any linked Patreon entitlement. It does not alter the published prediction archive, which contains no personal data.

Endpoints: POST /api/gdpr/export and POST /api/gdpr/delete, both confirmed by email.
